Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their client's amazing team in Denver. This individual will serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails; route them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail handling.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail.
  • Help plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support daily office functions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (in-office work)

Benefits

Hourly pay of $24.15 per hour and parking provided
